Помогите с adobe reader.

Как в этой программе можно удалить ненужные листы и можно ли вообще? Или как можно выделить несколько листов и скопировать в ворд? И можно ли adobe reader открыть с помощью ворда? Я пробовала, но на кириллице получались закорючки всякие. Или мне тупо по одному листу копировать в ворд(( что делать, листов около 200!
Дополнено (1). на самом деле я даже без Printscr обхожусь, я просто выделяю ОДИН лист и копирую)
у меня только по одному почему то выделяются, а сразу все - нет!
